WEDDING SHUTTLE Full Service
Entire day availability from the early morning to late at night.
Early morning Bridal Party/Groomsmen transportation to event or venue allowing them access to safe and on time transportation while keeping everyone together.
Full on-call availability to transport, drive or pick up anything needed/forgotten. Give us a text and we'll get you what you need. From belts to hairspray we got you covered.
Late night "Last Call" runs to and from the venue after the reception is over, making sure everyone is back safe and sound.
Any other request? Whataburger for the ride home? Blue Bell Ice Cream? Let us know when you book and we will do our best to accommodate your request for Your Big Day.
WEDDING SHUTTLE Basic
Two to three pick up and drop offs from the hotel/guest lodging to the wedding venue 1-2 hours prior to the event. Ensuring all guests get to the wedding safely and on time.
At the end of the evening or event, the shuttle will run wedding guests back to their accommodations after the event in order to make sure everyone is able to get home safely. No limit on return trips.

WEDDING SHUTTLE Night Time Only
Night Return Trip Only Package
The bus will return bridal party and groomsmen to accommodations (Hotel/Rockin Star Ranch etc.) as well as guests if needed. No limit on trips, the goal is to get everyone home safely and efficiently.

THE BUS
Our bus is a state of the art luxury shuttle bus design from Newport Coachworks, powered by a 6.8L V-10 Ford F-550 Super Duty. On the inside we have room to seat 25 guests comfortably. There are leather reclining seats, surround sound speakers, a 32in HD TV, blue ambient mood lighting, as well as ice cold A/C in the summer and warm heat in the winter. You'll be free to play your own music, as well as access to the onboard television through an HDMI cable.

After acknowledging a gap in the market for a wedding and large event transportation service in the Brenham area, Highland Transportation was formed. With other companies offering cookie cutter packages to fit a pre-made schedule and charging high fees for driving from Houston, or surrounding areas, we knew that there had to be a better way.
With our vehicles being local to the Brenham area, you're able to experience the bus first-hand, as well as make a smarter financial decision by not paying driver time overages, and excessive travel fees. As an Owner Operated transportation company, we are on the ground with our clients and passengers each step of the way. With a personal relationship with venue owners in the area we have the knowledge and familiarity to provide a first-class experience for every wedding we drive for.
